Even with the latest NVM 1.41 update from intel + latest linux kernel on ubuntu 25.10 i can manage maybe at most an hour of gaming before the NIC dies and I need to reset the entire device to get the NIC back. Safe to say, already disabled the NIC and went back to my USB one.
This issue was known the moment this device got released and got into the hands of the public. (Roughly the end of September/beginning of October.) We have been promised a fix since then. It is now the end of January, 4 months down the road. The fact that their is a revision 2.2 means that Beelink also no longer believes they can fix the issue with the Intel NIC and had chosen to replace it completely. Leaving all the Intel NIC havers with a dud of a unit.
Expecting us to ship back a 2499 dollar device (YET AGAIN for some of us) which we as customer have to get the shipping label for and then pay for that as well. (even if we can get the shipping costs back afterwards) and then leaving us out of a machine for up to 2 weeks or more, potentially putting people out of having a PC to work with, just to fix an issue that isn’t even our fault but a design flaw, is genuine madness.
I’m with @Nirantali on this one, our patience and trust is being broken time after time, we are fed up with it and want our devices replaced without any more interruptions on our end. Beelink has to figure out an exchange program or something to make this happen.
