As an individual, my cost will be higher than what a company can negotiate. I did ask support if I could pay Beelink to book the DHL pick-up (using their account). Unfortunately support said no.
Interestingly I asked for an RMA (return tracking number) and address label for where to send the return. Support’s reply was that they don’t provide RMA numbers nor address labels. I put this down to language difference, and presume Beelink have a process in place for tracking returns (probably based on serial number). I will reply to support’s email today asking for the address I need the courier to send the machine too.
I have been putting off actioning the the return until it is clearer that the issue is resolved. In any case I have decommissioned the GTR9 machine and am now ready to return it.
