It’s a strange situation, I wrote to tech support, sent them screenshots and serial numbers of the device, in response they ask me for a receipt for the purchase of a computer. This is the first time I’ve seen this, they never ask for a cash receipt for the purchase of a device anywhere.
I asked them why they needed the check. Besides, I don’t have it, it’s a New Year’s gift, but they haven’t answered me anymore. And what’s next now?
