Additionally, Im planning to upgrade the ram to 64GB. If it is compatible with my machine.

hello, could you pls send us a picture of the sn code on the bottom of the machine? then we could check it and send you the bios accordingly, for the ram, yes, it could maximum support 64GB DDR4 3200MHZ.

Hi, im having issues installing the 64gb of ram in my SER5 MAX, it only recognizes one module… is it a BIOS thing? or do i need something prior to install it.

Yet to receive mine. Now im worried 😟

    Update. Received my 64g sticks, surprisingly it just worked. Didn’t have to update bios or do anything much but for some reason it take quite awhile for display to show up.

      Is the company legit or am I scammed. I will return the product been trying to set it up for 8 hours sent a mail to support also. Something is seriously wrong with the way the support is happening shipping damaged products etc

            ZhypeR hi there, sorry not getting back to you sooner.
            I bought the Crucial kit, since the original brand the ser5 had was Crucial, i figured why mess with that… so, after many tests, i concluded it was a bad stick, nothing to do with the mini pc.

                ZhypeR could you tell me if its worth the money?? does it run faster or smoother?

                  No difference in speed and 32g is just nice unless u have a specific need.

                  personally I needed it for my lab simulation for network devices which uses up alot ram if i wanted to add more nodes
