RGerke Hi there,

Please PM me for the BIOS.

hi, I haven’t had time to try it fully, but yesterday did work with it for 4hs without hitting any crash, so while I’m not sure if it’s fully solved it’s for sure an improvement!. I’ll post back after a couple days of daily use

pablo-p Hi there, thanks for your update. Keep in touch.

ok I confirm!, did use it for an entire day and didn’t had any problem, so the issue seems solved indeed, thanks for getting R&D team involved on this, they were pretty fast to come with a BIOS update once they looked into it.

If it’s possible to share, would love to know what was the problem that was fixed. Just out of curiosity.

pablo-p Hi there, thanks for your feedback.
We will confirm with our R&D about the cause of the problem.

I applied T202 to my GTi14, and it now appears to be stable (Proxmox 8.3), but one of the LAN ports has disappeared, and no longer shows up in either dmesg, or lspci. Any ideas how to get it back?

Hello, a few of quick questions:

              1. If my BIOS is T202, should I update to T204?
              2. I am having the same issue of freezing on Fedora. Is a windows system required to prepare and update the BIOS? Can it be done from Linux or Mac?
              3. I got my device in China, so it is from 零刻 Should i apply the BIOS update or not?

              Awaiting your feedback

              -Cheers
              Sam

I’ve been trying to reach them, but there is no response. There could be a language barrier. Since you are part of the same company, could you do me this huge favor and get me in touch with their support team? My email is sam.it.developer@gmail.com

I am inclined towards applying the flash update as the machines should be exactly the same right?
If you could solve this one for me I would be grateful. Despite a solution being available I am stuck with this freezing -> rebooting issue

                Awaiting your kind feedback

                Cheers
                Sam

can I pull the Windows 11 key off of the machine using PowerShell or a Linux Live USB method? Or do I really need to send a picture of the serial number to get a windows 11 key sent to me? I want to do a very thorough wipe and reformatting of the system, install Proxmox, and run a very fast Windows 11 virtual machine. Any overall help you could offer would be great as well. Thank you.

Daggy Hi,please send us the SN to us,then we can provide a key to you.

Hello, I am in the same situation as @sam08sk , I installed ubuntu server on my GTi14 and it reboots randomly or when the CPU is hard at work.

My BIOS version is T202 and I didn’t find any update for it, only the fix for the 96GB RAM. Do you have a fix for the linux problem for T202 ?
                    My SN is : B185H5FG80170

happiness595 Hi,we had send you the BIOS files, please check your private discussion.

                      6 days later

                      I have a GTi14 Ultra 9 185H with 96GB RAM and 2×1TB NVMe drive.
Before the BIOS update to T204 I was not able to even run the installers for Linux, they just rebooted during initial boot. Windows worked ok even with T202.

I can confirm that after update from T202 to T204 I can start installations of Ubuntu 24.04 or Proxmox 8.4.
                      Good job!

                      Questions to support:

                      • Did T204 update solve all the known issues with Linux installations and stability or do I need to install something else/more? After I know that I have all the known fixes installed, I would like to do a stress test to confirm the system stability.
                      • Does Beelink promise to continue supporting the owners (if needed - I do not have known issues at this point in time) until at least Ubuntu and Debian work reliably?
                      • Can I install Proxmox to the second NVMe drive and then select the OS to boot in BIOS?

marko15 Hi,based on the questions. Here are the answers:
1.Yes, the T204 solve the known issues with Linux installations and stability, you don’t need to install something else.
2.Yes,we will continue supporting the owners it there is any problems with the Ubuntu and Debian.
                        3.Yes,it works.

                          Thank you for your answers.

To be honest, I spent two days figuring out why I cannot install Linux, only then I found this forum and this thread.
Anyway, thank you for the support and keep up the good work!
