SER8 8845 - unable to detect bluetooth devices on boot up

Hi! I bought this mini PC in July 2024. I have been having this problem the past 2 months. Each time I boot up the mini PC, it does not detect the bluetooth devices (both Logitech keyboard [K780] and mouse [M590]). I had to re-start before these devices are recognised.

I have re-installed Windows 11 twice (clean install) and downloaded the drivers from Logitech and AMD. None worked.

I hope you can advise how this can be resolved. Thank you.

Here are the possible solutions :
① Please go to the device manager to check if there is bluetooth driver, if no, please update the driver. Here is the driver source :https://dr.bee-link.cn/?dir= click the item model , then you can find the related driver.

② Please clear the CMOS. Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (or poke the hole of CMOS with a pin) for about 10 seconds . ③Please right click the windows–computer management–double click Services–bluetooth–start the service.

④Please right click the windows —setting -troubleshooting —other troubleshooters— bluetooth—run , let the PC diagnose the problem and solve it automatically.

⑤.Please go to the windows terminal (admin) > type in : sfc /scannow > then wait until finished.

Hi, thanks for your advice. I have installed it. Hopefully it will not occur again. The funny thing is that it happens only on the 1st boot up of the day. If I were to shutdown and re-boot the PC a few minutes/hours later, the mouse is detected. Only fails when I boot up the 1st time every day.

I’ve had the same problem, mouse not detected , now i have installed intel drivers 23.120.0.4 , at the moment it is all ok, i hope it will be ok forever :)

Gerry Please go to AMD website and download the auto-detect program.It will update some chipsets and video drivers automatically. It will identify and install appropriate drivers for their AMD hardware. The program works by scanning the user’s system to detect the installed AMD hardware components, such as graphics cards or processors. It then compares the detected hardware information with a database of AMD drivers and software versions.
