Here are the possible solutions :
① Please clear the CMOS. Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (or poke the hole of CMOS with a pin) for about 10 seconds . ② Please go to the device manager to check if there is bluetooth driver, if no, please update the driver. Here is the driver source :[https://dr.bee-link.cn/?dir=] click the item model , then you can find the related driver.
③Please right click the windows–computer management–double click Services–bluetooth–start the service.
④Please right click the windows —setting -troubleshooting —other troubleshooters— bluetooth—run , let the PC diagnose the problem and solve it automatically.
⑤.Please go to the windows terminal (admin) > type in : sfc /scannow > then wait until finished.
