Have you tried the methods we offer to work on your machine? Is the machine working now?

support6 do you have instructions on how to reset the SSD? I’m going to try everything this evening.

      Hi, here’s my BIOS info:

      Version: SER9T301
Build Date and Time: 01/10/2025 18:03:55
      Serial Number: DHX375FG00029

Is it the latest available or should i update?
If i have, what’s the correct bios to download?

      Thanks in advance.

As well as it’s best to provide us with a screenshot of your main BIOS page for a more accurate judgment. (Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS.)

support6 I reinstalled Windows, reset the SSD, and I’m still not getting the option to type anything in. I already reset the CMOS. And reset the bios to defaults. And It loads, but no option to type anything. Looking at the bios main page, it looks like V38 is installed, with a date of January 2024. Image description

              Hello
              I’m thinking of purchasing a SER5 Pro/5825U/32G/500G
I’m searching for information and can’t find which BIOS and drivers that specific model requires. I can’t find anything about the SER5 Pro.
              Can you help me?

Hammyj My SER7 would not flash until i formatted my USB Drive to FAT32. For whatever reason it wouldnt run with the USB in NTFS or FAT formats. I couldnt even get a shell command prompt to show up. And Win11 doesn’t give the option to format in FAT32. Just NTFS or FAT. I had to use my Linux laptop to format it.

                  Hi folks!

I’ve got an SER 5 Max, was just checking to see if there was an updated Bios or drivers.

The download page doesn’t have the MAX listed, is it just the 5800H folder?

                  Thanks

                      Hello there,

                      Your BIOS is the lastest.

                      Here are some solutions:
1, It is recommended that you check whether the SSD has bad areas on other machine, you can use the software Diskgenius test.

If you have a spare SSD, it is recommended that you install the spare SSD inside the machine to try reinstalling the system.

2, I suggest you try let stand the BIOS battery 1 to 2 hours to install back to try again, this is the tutorial: https://mega.nz/file/fz5HHaZQ#8HXWZaZD4SoqnkIuhsBeapSo6Kt4kzXNIyiTS1ORY8w

                      Have a nice day!

                        support10
Seriously? that is your best answer. I ran the diskgenious - every sector good or excellent. I do NOT have “spare” SSD - how many non-computer geeks do? I will try the battery disconnect overnight cause I NEED TO WORK during the day and cannot shut my system down for 2 hours.
And now the kicker - Microsoft security won’t let me login on start up because the system has had to many restarts.
                        Thanks for nothing BeeJUNK
