I have had EQi 12: i3-1220p/16gb/500gb for about a month, maybe 2. I took care of the two driver issues I posted earlier in this thread. However, a couple of new problems have surfaced. First is my HDD caddy issue. This went away for some time, after I bought a new USB cable and "uncheck the save energy in the device manager—universal serial bus controller–USB hub—properties–power management—uncheck “Allow the computer to turn off the device to save power,” for all drivers under universal serial bus controller. Suddenly, the problem resurfaced a couple of days ago. Caddy still works flawlessly on my SEi 10 1035G7. I prefer to use the front USB-C port on the EQi12; this port and connecting my caddy to it are the main reasons I bought this machine over other brands.
The second issue that has come up happens when I connect my phone to the device via Bluetooth. The phone will connect, but there is no functionality, and it does not appear in file explorer as it should. Additionally, there is a driver in the “Other drivers” section called map sms/mms
