narumivtl Hi, I have this problem too on the GTi12. Im using a portable USB C monitor where its requires power and video via a single cable. On my other USB C laptop it is working fine, only the GTI12 USB C rear port is not working. This might be a driver issue which im still waiting it may be fixed one day.

support1 vitasonline Hi there， Sorry, I thought the POWER Z was a software, but actually it was a PD. We don’t have this tool. From what I learn on the internet, this item only support power and the testing, but not support display.
support1 vitasonline Hi there, If your type c cable is not a all-in-one cable, then it cannot support video output, maybe it can only support video output,but not power supply. So when you connect another cable to charge it, it can output the video .
vitasonline support1 I use the same cables with T9 and GTi14 ! But in T9 it works power delivery + display port at the same time, and in GTi14 only power delivery works

vitasonline I tried different cables and bought UGOURD Thunderbolt 4 Black 40G 240W 8K which has a PD chip and is defined in the E-marker cable as 0×315C vendor. But no cable displays an image.😂

vitasonline I updated thunderbolt chip firmware on my GTi14 155H with T105-BIOS firmware and finally now my monitor Arzopa Z1RC works through one type-c cable!!!
