For service centers? I’m a girl, a simple person, and how am I supposed to dig into this and understand it? The entire process is presented in a careless manner, especially when the person is unscrewing something - they just quickly jump from one screw to another, and it’s unclear what exactly they’ve unscrewed.
In general, it’s terrible that I, having spent 2500!!! US dollars, have to change something myself, reflash, reinstall! In the USA, the company that produced such a defective computer and valued its reputation would simply recall it, completely replacing it and compensating the consumer for moral damage! I bought a computer three weeks ago and I can’t use it because you have a continuous defect with these fans that hum like airplane turbines!!!
I will never buy your products again!
