Puerto Ethernet UBUNTU SERVER BEELINKG SER5 MAX

Buenas tardes compañeros de Beelink,

TEngo un ubuntu server 24.04 pero no me funciona el puerto ethernet, en cambio con usb-c si que funciona. Solicito como solucionar este problema, esta el cable up, el proveedor de internet esta funcionando los puertos del router, asi que el problema si o si es el Beelink SER MAX 5. Solicito como solventar este problema, gracias.

Please clear the CMOS: Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (if no CMOS button, please put the pin in the CMOS pinhole and press it ) for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes. No ha f u n c i o n a d o, te paso SN.

El sistema op-er-at-ivo es un ubuntu server 24.04, no va el puerto de red - E T H E R N E T como el REALTEK y el resto de puertos usb.

Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

¿Podría decirme si el mismo problema se produce también cuando la máquina funciona con el sistema Windows?

Pulse repetidamente la tecla «Suprimir» nada más encender el PC y vaya a la BIOS. Envíenos una imagen de la página principal y comprobaremos si es necesario actualizar la BIOS.

Al final no se ha resuelto. Si no es de la BIOS, entonces sera del sistema operativo que no es compatible con vuestros dispositivos.

El sistema operativo es Linux.

Correcto pero el sistema operativo que le puse es Debian 13 y no le funciona el Ethernet. La BIOS esta correcta, le esta pasando a mucha gente que pone sistema operativo linux.
