Hi,

I’m running into a reproducible issue with GTi15 Ultra when using Windows Server 2025 and the official Beelink EX Pro Docking Station. I want to summarize clearly what I’ve tested so far and where it breaks.

Hardware

GTi15 Ultra
BIOS: GTi15T203
EX Pro Docking Station
Tested GPUs:
NVIDIA A2
NVIDIA RTX 5060
Wired Ethernet (Intel E610) connected
External GPU dock powered and detected physically

Windows Server 2025 (clean install)
All Windows Updates installed
Optional driver updates checked (none offered for the failing devices)

Driver packages tested

From Beelink GTi15 driver bundle:

Chipset (SetupChipset.exe)
Intel CSME / ME (SetupME.exe, Main_DCH)
Intel Graphics driver
Network drivers
SD card driver
PMT (Intcpmt) via INF install

Notes:
Intel_SerialIO folder in the provided driver bundle contains no .inf files
iT@ (Thunderbolt / USB4?) folder also contains no usable .inf or installer
Wired_driver package only contains Intel Ethernet drivers (not relevant to USB4 / PCIe)

Current device state (key issue)

After all drivers + BIOS T203, the following devices are still in Error state:

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_7EC2 -> USB4 / Thunderbolt controller
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_7EC3 -> USB4 / Thunderbolt controller
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_7725 -> Intel Serial IO UART Host Controller
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_7728 -> Intel Smart Sound / DSP
Multiple PCI Express Root Ports (DEV_7EC4 / 7EC5 / 7EC6 / 7EC7)
Intel Arc iGPU (DEV_7D51) -> Code 43

Important:

Because USB4 host controllers (DEV_7EC2 / DEV_7EC3) are in error, PCIe tunneling does not come up
As a result, no external GPU ever enumerates
Get-PnpDevice | where InstanceId -like “PCI\VEN_10DE*”` returns no devices
This means Hyper-V / DDA cannot be used, because the GPU never appears on the PCI bus

Windows Update

PSWindowsUpdate shows no driver updates available for these devices on Server 2025
No USB4 / Thunderbolt / Serial IO drivers are offered

What this suggests

At this point, the behavior strongly suggests that:

USB4 / Thunderbolt host router drivers required for GTi15 Ultra are not available or not offered on Windows Server 2025
Without a working USB4 stack, the Beelink PCIe dock cannot expose the GPU
This is not a cabling or GPU issue, as multiple GPUs were tested and the dock powers up correctly

Questions to Beelink

Is USB4 / PCIe tunneling officially supported on Windows Server 2025 for GTi15 Ultra?
Is there a complete Serial IO + Thunderbolt/USB4 driver package for Server that is not included in the current GTi15 driver bundle?
Has this configuration been validated internally (GTi15 Ultra + USB4 dock + Windows Server)?

I’m happy to test additional driver packages or provide logs if needed. Right now I’m blocked at the USB4 controller layer.
