Hi would like to thank any help and advice with this because it’s annoyed me like mad.

This item was purchased on the 19 February and I have had nothing but problems since.

The main issue is with the back USB ports I keep getting this error and troubleshooting fixes nothing.

The BIOS is on the latest version which installed perfectly fine.

I have never used a system so sluggish as this even my Pi3 doesn’t freeze like this does and I used the same keyboard and mouse (Logitech MK240) but using this on SEi12 i5 it come up with the power error above. I looked in device manager and it would only install the windows wireless drivers this causing issues with the keyboard and mouse. I changed the keyboard and mouse to a Logitech MK540 this seemed to have fixed the driver issue but still the system would become unresponsive.

You can now tell how frustrated I was getting over this spending several hours updating windows and then to be having simple problems with the system hanging all the time over USB issues. I didn’t give up so tried the front USB’s and it seemed to have worked for about 5 minutes but once again the system become unresponsive.

Would it void the warranty if I formatted this machine and just used Libreelec? I am not really fussed on using Windows 11.

If this can’t be fixed it will be going back I am not sitting here wasting my time with a machine that doesn’t work.
