SER9 H370 - problems with drivers after clean Win 11 install

Good morning, I have a problem. Here’s a screenshot from my Device Manager SER 9 H370 - some safety devices are installed incorrectly (I translated by RED). I don’t know how to fix this. If anyone knows, please let me know (the standard automatic search for driver updates doesn’t help).

If anyone’s interested in the full story, here’s what happened. I got a brand new SER 9 H370, opened the pre-installed Windows easily, and set up the 24H2 version. But on the very first day, I noticed that one security update downloaded incorrectly as a result I was not able to upgrade to Win 11 25H2. I deleted this Safety Update, re-downloaded it, and then the error returned. I tried this several times, then I downloaded this safety update separately, installed it, and then my SER 9 H370 froze for 3-4 hours. I had to install a clean Windows 25H2 installation. I also encountered a problem with the Bluetooth driver - I downloaded and installed the Intel AX200 Bluetooth Driver. But I don’t know what to do with these security devices. Search of Drivers and installation of found drivers from Beelink site / forum (found 2 files) did not hlep. Please help and tell me if anyone knows what to do.

Could you please send us a picture of SN code(two lines) at the bottom of machine ?

Could you please tell me if the Windows files you used for reinstalling the system were downloaded from Microsoft?

Beelink CS-June I need the BIOS for the SER5 Pro 5800H, with the serial number: D58003EG20008. The current BIOS version is 5800H501, which is used to solve the problem that the USB still supplies power after shutdown.

I have installed Windows 11 Pro 25H2 - downloaded directly from Microsoft web and installed on USB with Rufus, I came to Beelink Web site https://dr.bee-link.cn/?dir=uploads%2FSER%2FSER9--AI-9-HX-370-365%2FDriver and dowloaded 2 files (my serial starts from B) installed it all. Up to now I have this problem which I showed in my initial post

Did the same yesterday.
Install AMD Adrenalin. Update chipset driver and you are good!

PS: I haven’t installed a single driver from Beelink. all drivers vom MS, AMD or Intel (network card). No need for any particular driver. I have no unknown devices in the device manager.

Frosch1482 Thanks for Your comment, but I still have a problem. I downloaded Win11 from MS. Now came to AMD and downloaded Adrenalin and Chipset (Windows® 10/11 Drivers, Auto-Detect and Install Driver Updates for AMD Radeon™ Series Graphics and Ryzen™ Chipsets - one file downloaded AMD Softwware Adrenalin and installed from this file Radeon 890 and Adrenalin 25.12.1. Before donloaded from Intel side Network Card (newer version Than on Beelink) now my Bluetooth works well.

what is your problem now? once you downloaded adrenalin, check for updates. Chipset driver is not updated automatically. you can download and install it and after that everything should be fine.

Please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC so we can send you the corresponding BIOS version.Or is your machine dual HDMI or 1xHDMI and 1xDP?

Even updating the BIOS cannot change the power supply status of the USB ports when the computer is off.

Yuriy Please try updating the EOM firmware and BIOS.The EOM file and BIOS have been sent via private message.

Also got my new Beelink SER9 HX370, 32GB, 1TB with Serial No starting with BHX375CHxxxxx just 1 day ago purchased brand new directly from Beelink. It is recommended that you can go to Microsoft official website to download the corresponding 25H2 win11 PRO system file to install and update the windows , this is the tutorial: https://url.bee-link.cn/74zu

Question 1:

I was downloading the Beelink Drivers for my SER9 HX370 - SN starting with “B” but unfortuantely don’t know which of the folders/files in the Zip-Archive are associated with the corresponding Hardware devices in the Windows 11 Device Manager, as there is no Manual.

(I took this Driver package and hope it is the correct)

Especially the ZIP-File “RtkUWP_1.51.331.0_x64_bundle_ReleaseSign.appxupload_Windows10_PreinstallKit” there is no Install-, Bat- or EXE-file and I don’t know for which device in the Windows Device Manager this Driver is associated?

Also the other Audio, Chipset, RJ45, WIFI & BT Drivers all have install-programs, so I guess I should run all of them first, instead of trying to manual update drivers in the Windows Device Manager, as described in your send Manual? correct

Question 2:

Another question I have, as I wanted to make sure I have the latest BIOS installed, but somehow with my SER9 HX370 - SN starting with “B” and the installed AMI Bios Version “SER9T103”, I didn’t find the correct Bios Version Folder on the Beelink Repository.

There are only Bios for SN starting “Y or B” but not any with Version “T103”. There are all for Version “V103” nd for Version “T103” there are only with SN starting with “D”.

Also my AMI Bios is from 10/28/2024 so more than 1.5 year old, but I bought my Beelink brand new just 2 weeks ago deliverd directly by Beelink. So did I get a old device or do I have a wrong BIOS istalled with SN starting “B” and Bios Version “T103”? Image description

Yes, the driver you downloaded is correct.
If your machine does not show any driver errors in the Device Manager after reinstalling the system, then you don’t need to install new drivers.

Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.
