I am writing to seek your assistance regarding a critical and recurring issue with my laptop, model SER5-5700U. Over the past few days, the system has been restarting unexpectedly—on one occasion, it rebooted three times within just ten minutes.
I have reviewed the Windows event logs and found repeated errors stating: “Pre-attestation health check confirmed critical component failure, and the device should not be attested.” The detailed logs are located under C:\WINDOWS\Logs\MeasuredBoot.

Based on diagnostic suggestions from AI tools, I believe the issue is related to TPM and Secure Boot. In response, I have taken the following steps manually:

Restored factory default keys in BIOS
Set Secure Boot mode to “User Mode”
Confirmed that Secure Boot is now enabled
My system is Windows 11 Pro for Workstations, version 25H2, installed via Rufus using an image that had TPM/Secure Boot/Memory Integrity bypass options enabled during creation. I am concerned that this installation method may have caused a mismatch between the system’s security expectations and the hardware’s actual capabilities.

Despite these efforts, the system continues to report “Cannot be attested,” and RestartPending remains set to True. The TPM status in Windows shows all components as active and healthy, yet the attestation failure persists.

I would like to kindly ask:

Is this a known firmware or hardware compatibility issue with the SER5-5700U?
Are there any official BIOS updates or diagnostic utilities available to resolve this?
