lud14 I followed the instructions for “anx7406(2024-11-13)_2024-11-14_8-06-32.zip” but it does not load anything it keeps bouncing back to choose boot drive screen. How do I get this to work? In the future all of these update should be available to be completed inside windows instead of bios screen. Most users would not be capable of completing the instructions.
support1 lud14 Did you put all the files into the root directory of the USB flash drive ? Could you please send us a picture to show the files on your USB drive ?
support1 lud14 Hi there, The Secure boot is disabled by default. When flashing the the BIOS, if any errors, please send us the pictures, we wil know what happened.
dahjah my secure boot is off my usb is loaded just like the the pic “lud14” posted, I’ve tried what I could understand in the video with fs3 and ls and all I keep getting is “is not recognized as an internal or external command…”
dahjah support1 That “fs3:” seems to have worked so far. The thunderbolt port opened up and all connected is working again. Thanks!
dahjah Well al worked great yesterday, I shutdown a few times restarted a few times throughout the day just making sure all was well, and it was until this morning. This morning the thunderbolt port isn’t working again after shutting down over night.
support1 dahjah Hi there, Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply and other USB devices, then put the pin in the CMOS pinhole and press it for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes. Here is the tutorial https://url.bee-link.cn/5FdW
Joseitogreg The firmware update is done for efi shell opcion no for efi usb device in the boot menu after pulse f7
Twinklekapoor It appears the EFI USB Device option is not appearing. Try to see if the USB drive is properly formatted, that USB boot is turned on in the BIOS, and try resetting or updating the BIOS. Let me know if that works!
yasdum I have gt14i, and get ic 0 active section error 3 IC 0 update error 7. So have can i flash the firmware?
Hankydooodle yasdum I encountered this same error yesterday when I tried to flash. Were you able to get it working or still running into the same issue?
vitasonline yasdum I have gt14i, and get ic 0 active section error 3 IC 0 update error 7. So have can i flash the firmware? If you get these errors, your Thunderbolt chip does not need to be updated. You have the latest firmware! I tried to reinstall the same firmware and got exactly the same errors 3 and 7.
