lud14 Hello! Watch my video, I show you how to flash it

support1 I had to turn off secure boot then it worked.

lud14 Yes, if the secure boot is enabled, the BIOS flashing cannot be conducted.

      lud14 Hi there,

The Secure boot is disabled by default.
When flashing the the BIOS, if any errors, please send us the pictures, we wil know what happened.

my secure boot is off my usb is loaded just like the the pic “lud14” posted, I’ve tried what I could understand in the video with fs3 and ls and all I keep getting is “is not recognized as an internal or external command…”

        dahjah Hi there
Did you type colon after fs3?

          No, I’ll try that today

          support1
That “fs3:” seems to have worked so far. The thunderbolt port opened up and all connected is working again.
          Thanks!

Well al worked great yesterday, I shutdown a few times restarted a few times throughout the day just making sure all was well, and it was until this morning. This morning the thunderbolt port isn’t working again after shutting down over night.

dahjah Hi there, Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply and other USB devices, then put the pin in the CMOS pinhole and press it for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.

            a month later

The firmware update is done for efi shell opcion no for efi usb device in the boot menu after pulse f7

It appears the EFI USB Device option is not appearing. Try to see if the USB drive is properly formatted, that USB boot is turned on in the BIOS, and try resetting or updating the BIOS. Let me know if that works!

yasdum I encountered this same error yesterday when I tried to flash. Were you able to get it working or still running into the same issue?
